Reversible three-part hinge PP-880

Features:

• Reversible hinge for security or armoured doors, outward opening.
• Suitable for flush windows and doors with 80 mm centre distance.
• The eccentric nylon bush allows the frame-sash gap to be adjusted by ±1 mm.
• Fixed to the profiles with Ø11 mm bushes.
• The 15x60 mm extruded aluminium clamping shoes are threaded at one end for easy insertion with a threaded rod.
• They also include a steel strip that fixes their position.
• The fixing screws are hidden by the cover, which is secured by a grub screw that cannot be reached from outside when the door is closed.
• The PP template can be used to machine the profiles (p. 32).

• Extruded aluminium hinge, caps and clamping shoes.
• Stainless steel shaft.
• Zinc-plated steel screws.
• Nylon bushes.

• For doors up to 2,000 x 1,000 mm.
• Up to 120 kg: 2 units.
• From 120 kg: 3 units.

• 4 zinc-plated steel screws M8x25.
• 2 stainless steel grub screws to secure the caps.
• 1 stainless steel grub screw to secure the shaft.
• 2 nylon bushes (centred and off-centre).

Finishes:

• Anodised.
• Powder coated in RAL colours.
