SURFACE FINISHES: POWDER COATING

Polyester powder coating with a thickness of 60 to 80 µm, available in a wide range of RAL colours in matt, gloss and textured finishes. For cleaning, use products as neutral as possible and avoid alkaline, acidic or abrasive products.

Besides standard treatments, we can apply special protections with controlled thickness using class 1 to 4 powders, as well as marine-grade treatments equivalent to Qualicoat Seaside, anodising first and then powder coating.

Strict process control allows smooth or sanded finishes regardless of the part geometry.
