Our facilities include automatic polyester powder coating and cold-sealed anodising plants, so we can offer you a complete service.

Jopesa machining

PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT AT OUR PLANT

Cutting

  • 7 high-capacity automatic cut-off machines. Max. feed accuracy ±0.07 mm, accuracy ±0.05 mm. Max. roughness 12 µm.
  • 1 double-head cut-off machine.

Machining and turning

  • 3 CNC bar-turning lathes up to 65 mm diameter.
  • 2 cam lathes up to 15 mm diameter.
  • 1 KIWA double-pallet horizontal machining centre with table for parts up to 1,500 kg.
  • 2 double-pallet vertical machining centres.
  • 1 single-pallet vertical machining centre.
  • 1 line of presses from 10 t to 60 t.
  • 1 rotary transfer machine for tapping and drilling.
  • 2 multi-spindle drilling units.

Surface treatment

  • 4 vibratory finishing drums.
  • 1 automatic powder coating plant.
  • 1 anodising plant with interference colouring.

Injection moulding

  • 2 polyamide injection moulding machines of 75 t and 35 t.
