Shipment of your parcel

As a general rule, parcels are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment, via TOURLINE with a tracking number and delivery without signature.

Shipping costs include handling and packing costs as well as carriage. Handling costs are fixed, while carriage costs may vary depending on the total weight of the parcel. We advise you to group all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be charged for each one separately. We are not responsible for any damage to your parcel after dispatch, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

Boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
