Facilities and processes

JOPESA integrates in its production plant the processing of aluminium and steel, starting from extruded, calibrated and rolled profiles.

Our main processes are: precision cutting, machining, stamping, sanding, injection moulding, anodising and polyester powder coating.

JOPESA has two product families: special machined parts, and hardware for aluminium and PVC joinery. All processes are integrated in our facilities to maintain strict quality control.

MANAGEMENT

• Our management team monitors the company’s critical parameters in real time and assesses its future through a balanced scorecard, measuring the results of each area against the overall strategic plan.

CUTTING

• Production capacity of 20,000 parts/shift
• 7 high-capacity automatic cut-off machines with transfer operations. Maximum feed accuracy ±0.07 mm, maximum machining accuracy ±0.05 mm. Maximum roughness on the cut face 12 µm.
• 1 double-head cut-off machine

BAR TURNING

• 4 high-capacity multi-spindle lathes
• 1 high-capacity multi-spindle lathe with 6,000 mm bar feeder

MACHINING

• Production capacity of 5,000 parts/shift
• 1 machining centre with high-output automatic bar feeder. Maximum feed accuracy ±0.1 mm. Maximum roughness on the cut face 12 µm.
• 2 double-pallet machining centres. Maximum machining accuracy ±0.05 mm
• 1 single-pallet machining centre. Maximum machining accuracy ±0.05 mm

STAMPING

• Production capacity of 35,000 parts/shift
• 1 line of presses from 10 t to 60 t

AUXILIARY MACHINERY

• Production capacity of 35,000 parts/shift
• 2 rotary transfer machines for tapping and drilling
• 2 multi-spindle drilling units

VIBRATORY FINISHING

• Production capacity of 50,000 parts/shift
• 4 vibratory finishing drums

INJECTION MOULDING

• Production capacity of 40,000 parts/shift
• 2 polyamide injection moulding machines of 75 t and 125 t
