Quality control

Our production is thoroughly checked dimensionally and in the laboratory under adverse conditions of load, fatigue and accelerated ageing.

The use of high-quality raw materials, such as primary aluminium for our handles, zamak-5, or stainless steel for spindles, screws and springs, ensures reliable operation over time, even in marine or aggressive environments.

All our products are processed in our own surface treatment plants and are regularly tested in a salt spray chamber (ASTM B117), consistently meeting the required specifications. Our products also undergo minimum coating thickness tests, guaranteeing more than 15 µm for anodising and more than 50 µm for powder coating. For powder coating, our immersion pre-treatment system ensures protection even on internal faces and excellent coating adhesion.

In addition, we regularly carry out other tests such as cupping, scratch, Machu, hardness and sealing tests.
